When interviewing candidates, I feel that so few actually prepare for this question. The sample responses are what employers are looking for. Show me that you have taken the time and effort to research our organization. I want to see that the applicant and the organization are both "choosing each other" without finding out more about the organization, the applicant is saying, I am just looking to be employed - and not looking for a career and sound cultural match.
