		<description>I appreciate this post and I really think it hits the spot. Asking meaningful questions is always something that people seem to struggle with. It&#039;s hard enough to have a great interview, so I think by the time the end comes people are stressed enough.

These questions are really great ones to ask and should provide great insight from hiring managers. The only thing I worry about in asking these types of questions is that they may not want to divulge this type of information in the interview process. But, at the same time I can&#039;t see how asking such questions would hurt one&#039;s candidacy.
