We work with a select group of talented, motivated senior professionals who are dedicated to creating big changes in their professional trajectory. Private executive coaching looks different in each working relationship, but generally requires a commitment of time and resources, as well as a positive working relationship. For that reason, we invite some clients to work with us personally, and refer others to other qualified, talented coaches that might be a better fit for their needs, personality or timeline.

We do our best work with professionals who are committed, dedicated and focused to managing their careers strategically. This means we ask our clients to commit to investing in themselves. You should expect to spend at minimum a few hours each month on your professional goals. In addition, pursuing these goals together requires a financial investment, from a few hundred dollars to significantly more depending on your specific situation. If you’re not ready to make that kind of investment, we do offer both free information and a selection of affordable products and programs that may be a better fit for your needs.
